We’re going to get healthy, wealthy, and wise this year. Usually those three things go together, so we’re tackling them as one. We’re patient and financial advocates, so health and wealth is what we do — and in 2018 we’re going to lead by example.
Each of us (Gwen, Brett, and Dan) are going to follow our own fitness and diet routines, but we’re going to be posting our weight and blood pressure every month, starting on Tuesday, and re-checking every 30 days. Every three months, we’re going to check our cholesterol levels. We aim for some big changes!
Well, to begin with you can check up on your health signs, just like us! But if you go lone wolf on this, you’re not going to have much fun. Accountability and camaraderie are both big motivators in challenges like these, so we’re going to do a Facebook livestream every Tuesday @ 10AM, where you can join us and discuss your progress. We’re here to answer questions and share stories. This is something we want to do together.
